In partnership with the Cancer Support Community and Trinity Health, please join Brenda Lindsay for supportive, free meditation classes on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room, 214A/B, at the Trinity Health Cancer Center, 7575 Grand River Ave, Brighton, MI 48114. There is an option to join online via Zoom.

Instructor: Brenda Lindsay is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher trained at Brown University, a Certified Meditation Instructor, Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), Personal Resilience Practitioner, and Certified Professional Coach. She also holds a graduate certificate in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness from Western Michigan University.
Brenda leads meditation sessions, retreats, teaches on Insight Timer and is a Board Member for the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness since 2013, she finds sharing its transformative impact with others to be the most rewarding part of her work. Before entering the wellness field, Brenda held several executive roles at the Michigan Department of Treasury.
