Free Meditation Classes for Cancer Patients, Survivors, and Loved Ones

Please join me for supportive, free meditation classes on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room, 214A/B,  at the Trinity Health Cancer Center, 7575 Grand River Ave,  Brighton, MI  48114.

Instructor:  Brenda Lindsay is a MBSR Teacher trained at Brown University.  Brenda is also a Certified Meditation Instructor through AIHCP, Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), Personal Resilience Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, and received an Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness Graduate Certificate from Western Michigan University. 

Brenda, currently, is a Council Member of the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness, leads virtual and in-person meditation drop-in sessions and retreats, and has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 2013.  Meditation has been transformative in her life.  Brenda served in several executive positions at the Michigan Department of Treasury prior to transitioning to the wellness field.  For questions, you may contact Brenda directly at Brenda@mindtransformationsllc.com.
