Learning and Development

We offer introductory Lunch and Learn sessions, half-day, full-day or a series of Mindfulness in-person and online sessions, including Mindful Communication.    During the half-day sessions, leaders and/or participants are introduced to what mindfulness is, the science and power behind mindfulness, and interactive mindfulness practices.  These concepts are expanded upon in full-day or a series with applicable case studies and experiential practice.

Internal Mindfulness Programs 

We also will expertly develop your employees who already have mindfulness experience so they can design, promote, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate a mindfulness program for their coworkers.   When employees are developed to run an internal program, it creates a grassroots momentum that engages both the facilitators and the attendees.

Learning and Development

We offer half-day, full-day or a series of in-person and online resilience sessions.  Resilience sessions include a mindfulness component that offers many additional benefits to our resilience strategies and energy management, fast-tracking resilience.   We don’t just develop resilience, we measure progress for lasting change.  Additionally, we offer a Lunch and Learn session to discuss what resilience is and how it can be developed during uncertain times with various self-care practices.

Personal Coaching

We offer 1 on 1 interactive professional coaching to cultivate resilience and remove obstacles that may be keeping you stuck, so that you may stay on track and committed to your goals.

Event Speaker

Interactive Event or Keynote Speaker offerings are available on topics relating to managing stress, mindfulness, mindful communication,  resilience, and/or well-being.

Options include:


Offer All-Day Silent Retreats in-person and online.  Sitting meditations and gentle mindful movement are alternated throughout the day.

Custom Program

All programs can be customized to meet specific client needs, delivered in-person or online and range from 1 on 1 coaching to enterprise-wide in their application.

Instructor: Brenda Lindsay, CPC, PRP, CYT-200, MBSR Teacher trained from Brown University, Council Member of Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness

As a result of her own personal transformation, Brenda landed several executive roles at the Michigan Department of Treasury, including Assistant Deputy Treasurer and the Administrator of Privacy and Security.  With an extensive accounting and security background and 20 years of leadership experience, Brenda helped transform the Michigan Department of Treasury's security culture through education and the engagement of over 1,500 employees and contractors. Everyone owned a part of the security solution.   

Helping others shift is Brenda's passion.  With vast leadership experience, her personal transformation, and substantial mindfulness and resilience credentials, Brenda is highly effective in both corporate and group sessions.
