Brenda Lindsay, the Founder of Mind Transformation LLC, is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher which is the gold standard of mindfulness training, a Certified Meditation Instructor with the American Institute of Health Care Professionals (AIHCP), a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), a certified Personal Resilience Practitioner (PRP) and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). Brenda received an Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness graduate certificate from Western Michigan University. 

In addition to facilitating mindfulness and resilience sessions, Brenda volunteers as a Council Member for the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness, leads drop-in meditation sessions and retreats, including meditation sessions for cancer patients, survivors, and loved ones, and speaks at events.  Brenda has been practicing mindfulness for over 10 years.

Earlier in her career, Brenda was paralyzed when public speaking, she struggled with conflict and was overly reactive at times.  When practicing mindfulness daily, Brenda noticed a shift.   Gradually, life started to flow easier, she was more comfortable speaking publicly and was able to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.

As a result of her own personal transformation, Brenda landed several executive roles at the Michigan Department of Treasury.  With an extensive accounting and security background and 20 years of leadership experience, Brenda helped transform the Michigan Department of Treasury's security culture through education and the engagement of over 1,500 employees and contractors while protecting millions of taxpayers' data. 

Helping others shift is Brenda's passion.  With vast executive experience, her own personal transformation, and substantial mindfulness, resilience, and well-being credentials, Brenda is highly effective in both corporate and group sessions. 

Terri Duguay

Terri is a Canadian associate of Mind Transformations LLC - The Center for Mindfulness, Resilience, and Well-Being, and is a Managing Partner at Maigus, a consulting firm with a global reach, that equips people, leaders and teams with the tools to develop more agile and positive responses to disruption, change and stress. Terri possesses over 25 years of executive experience, spanning multiple industries and sectors.

Terri is a Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Master Resilience Coach.  She holds a Master’s Degree from York University and sits on several boards that promote the development of women’s entrepreneurial and leadership skills.   

Mind Transformations LLC teaches an Introduction to Mindfulness online 4-Week Series for Integrated Anxiety Management clients that want to integrate therapy with a mindfulness practice.  Integrated Anxiety Management works with individuals who are interested in therapy to reduce their anxiety and fears or improve their ability to cope with stress at work or in relationships, improve parenting and family bonds, improve assertiveness or communication skills, or who wish to better themselves and the quality of their lives.
