Founder Brenda Lindsay is a MBSR Teacher trained through Brown University, a Certified Meditation Instructor, a Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), a Personal Resilience Practitioner, a Neuroscience Coach, and Professional Coach. Brenda also holds a graduate certificate in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness from Western Michigan University.
With over 12 years of mindfulness practice, Brenda leads retreats, mindfulness and resilience programs, group sessions including serving cancer patients, survivors, and their families, and speaks at events. Brenda also volunteers on the Board for the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness.
Brenda’s journey is rooted in personal transformation. Once paralyzed by public speaking and conflict, mindfulness helped her build resilience and confidence—ultimately leading to executive leadership roles at the Michigan Department of Treasury. There, Brenda and her team led initiatives that transformed the organization’s security culture engaging over 1,500 employees and protecting millions of taxpayers' data.

Terri is a Canadian associate of Mind Transformations LLC - The Center for Mindfulness, Resilience, and Well-Being, and is a Managing Partner at Maigus, a consulting firm with a global reach, that equips people, leaders and teams with the tools to develop more agile and positive responses to disruption, change and stress. Terri possesses over 25 years of executive experience, spanning multiple industries and sectors.
Terri is a Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Master Resilience Coach. She holds a Master’s Degree from York University and sits on several boards that promote the development of women’s entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
Mind Transformations LLC teaches an Introduction to Mindfulness online 4-Week Series for Integrated Anxiety Management clients that want to integrate therapy with a mindfulness practice. Integrated Anxiety Management works with individuals who are interested in therapy to reduce their anxiety and fears or improve their ability to cope with stress at work or in relationships, improve parenting and family bonds, improve assertiveness or communication skills, or who wish to better themselves and the quality of their lives.
