Full refunds area available if you withdraw before the first class less a $25.00 administrative fee. If you withdraw after the first class and before the second class, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
Instructor: Brenda Lindsay is a MBSR Teacher trained at Brown University. Brenda is also a Certified Meditation Instructor through AIHCP, Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), Personal Resilience Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, and received an Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness Graduate Certificate from Western Michigan University.
Brenda volunteers as a Board Member of the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness, is a Insight Timer Teacher, leads virtual and in-person meditation retreats, drop-in meditation sessions, including for the Cancer Support Community, and has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 13 years. Meditation has been transformative in Brenda's life and she is passionate about sharing it with others. Brenda served in several executive positions at the Michigan Department of Treasury before transitioning to the wellness field.
