Introduction to Mindful Leadership In-Person 4-Week Series
Learn how to improve focus and clarity during an age of distraction while avoiding burnout and increasing well-being with this introductory Mindful Leadership In-person 4-Week Series. The cost of the series is $125.00 which includes 4 week, one-hour sessions and home practices on Tuesdays from April 15th to May 6th at 5:30 p.m.
Free Meditation Classes for Cancer Patients, Survivors, and Loved Ones
Please join me for supportive, free meditation classes on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room, 214A/B, at the Trinity Health Cancer Center, 7575 Grand River Ave, Brighton, MI 48114.

Instructor: Brenda Lindsay is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher who was trained at Brown University. Brenda is also a Certified Meditation Instructor through AIHCP, Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), Personal Resilience Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, and received an Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness Graduate Certificate from Western Michigan University.
Brenda, currently, is a Board Member for the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness, leads virtual and in-person meditation drop-in sessions and retreats, and has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 2013.
Meditation has been transformative in Brenda's life and she now helps others break through the invisible walls holding them back in life. Brenda served in several executive positions at the Michigan Department of Treasury before transitioning to the wellness field.
