Spring 2021 MBSR Online Class Schedule
Orientation: Tuesday May 4th , 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Sessions: 8 sessions via Zoom on Tuesdays from May 11th - June 29th, 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time
All-day Session via Zoom: Sunday June 13th, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Tuition Fees: $330.00 or $180.00 fees are reduced 25% to $247.50 or $135.00 during pandemic. Sliding scale, "pay what you can" pricing. Instructor: Brenda Lindsay is a MBSR Teacher trained at Brown University-School of Public Health. Brenda is also a Certified Meditation Instructor with AIHCP, Personal Resilience Practitioner, CRC, CPC, and holds a graduate certificate in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness from Western Michigan University. Brenda has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 2013 and it has been transformative in her life. As a CPA, Brenda served in several executive positions at the Michigan Department of Treasury prior to transitioning to the consulting and wellness fields.
