Reduce Stress with the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) 8-Week Online Program

Invest in the most respected, well-established and evidence-based mindfulness meditation program, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-week series. Connect in real time with others around the globe seeking greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.

The MBSR secular, trauma-sensitive program was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the UMass Medical Center in 1979 to optimize one's ability to face stress, pain and illness and make sustainable change across one's lifespan.

Explore how MBSR may support you to:

  • Live fully with more composure, understanding, enthusiasm, ease, and joy.

  • Cultivate self-awareness and increase self-confidence.

  • Develop a healthier approach to self-improvement by bettering our habits, routines, actions, and reactions, which have nothing to do with our inherent worth.

  • Meet challenges with greater attention and clarity.

  • Improve focus, and cognitive ability, and increase resilience.

  • Respond rather than react to stress, change habitual reactivity patterns including self-sabotage.

  • Reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.

  • Improve health, sleep, and feelings of well-being.

  • Improve relationships, and access your natural capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself and others around you.

Note: MBSR is not offered as an alternative to traditional medical and psychological treatments, but as a complement to these treatments.

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” ~Viktor E. Frankl

I am astonished at how life changing this course was. I learned and grew in unexpected and refreshing new ways. The most difficult aspect was that it ended. I'd recommend MBSR to anyone and cannot wait to continue this important work. I am grateful to the participants in my group and for my instructor. Brenda is professional, intelligent, kind and trustworthy. The class and Brenda's guidance was absolutely transformative. Olivia Dodson

"Mindfulness is about being fully awake in our lives. It is about perceiving the exquisite vividness of each moment. We feel more alive. We also gain immediate access to our own powerful inner resources for insight, transformation and healing.”~Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn
