Drop-In Meditation Sessions

All Are Welcome

The following free weekly drop-in meditation sessions are open to anyone interested in practicing mindfulness meditation. The sessions provide guided secular meditations led by experienced mindfulness meditators, including teachers from Mind Transformations LLC and the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness, and are for all levels of experience—beginners, as well as experienced meditators who want to reinforce their practice.
